Menu and prices
We show the menu with prices, calories and caffeine to help you choose. Prices and products may change without notice, and some products are not available at every branch. The price shown in the branch when you order is the one that applies.
Allergens and nutrition
Allergen and calorie information is approximate and prepared with care. If you are allergic to any ingredient, ask the branch staff before ordering: some of our products may contain traces of nuts and peanuts because they are prepared in the same place.
Branches
We keep branch addresses and opening hours up to date, but they may change during seasons and holidays. To be sure, contact the branch before you visit.
Bookings and requests
- Catering bookings follow the catering terms shown when you book. A booking is confirmed only after we contact you and confirm it.
- Sending a franchise request or a job application does not mean it is accepted.
- The details you send must be accurate and your own, or those of an organization you may represent.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website to send spam or misleading information, to try to access our systems without permission, to collect its content automatically, or in any way that breaks the law.
Intellectual property
The Prato name, logo, identity, photos and text on the website belong to Prato and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.
Links and other services
The website links to other services, such as Google Maps, our social media accounts and the Prato Rewards app. They have their own terms, and we are not responsible for the content of other websites.
Liability
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage resulting from using the website.
Privacy
We handle your data as described in our privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of Saudi Arabia have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
