What we collect
We collect the details you write yourself in the website’s forms:
- Catering bookings: name, mobile number, email (optional), delivery address, event date and time, and the order details.
- Franchise requests: name, mobile number, email, city, company name (optional), and your answers to the request questions.
- Job applications: name, mobile number, email, age, gender, nationality, place of residence, education, availability and previous experience.
- Suggestions: name, mobile number, branch, and your suggestion.
We do not ask for payment card details on the website.
How we use it
We use your details only to handle your request and contact you about it: to confirm and deliver a catering booking, to review and answer a franchise request or job application, or to follow up on your suggestion.
Sharing
We never sell your details or share them with anyone else for their own purposes, and we disclose them only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we need them to handle your request and to meet legal obligations, and then we delete them.
Protection
We use encrypted connections and limit access to the staff who handle requests.
Cookies and measurement tools
The website uses one necessary cookie (prato_consent) that keeps your choice in the cookie banner for 6 months.
If you agree, we also use:
- Analytics (Google Analytics): to see which pages are visited most and improve the website.
- Marketing (TikTok, Snapchat and Meta): to measure our ads, such as a product page being viewed or a booking being sent.
These tools don’t run before you agree, and we never send them your name, mobile number or email. Each of these companies sets its own cookies and follows its own privacy policy.

Your rights
